This arose from a reflection on multi-family housing projects currently being built in the El Poblado sector and seeks to recover local and traditional architectural elements like balconies, large windows and associated vegetation. Its structure and typology as a “hallway house” provides flexibility, allowing it to be adapted or modified in the future, defining both service and served areas, the latter of which are freely adaptable. Also, each inner area is directly linked to the balcony. This means that its light and visuals will be present in every space.
